Dr. Ellie Alias


I’m Dr. Ellie, an expert specializing in a root-cause approach to PCOS. With a doctorate in chiropractic and a master’s in nutrition, I help women regulate their cycles, balance hormones, and overcome frustrating PCOS symptoms without relying on birth control or hormone blockers. My focus is on stabilizing blood sugar, supporting hormone function, and addressing the underlying imbalances that drive PCOS symptoms to actually put you in remission.

I am here to educate and empower women so they can use their brain to think about other things besides their controlling PCOS symptoms.

Michelle Massarini, LMHC - Consistency Coach

I teach everything from being consistent in your health goals to learning how to regulate your nervous system. I teach women how to build awareness into their everyday life so that each of their actions is intentional and consensual. I want each woman to feel in control of her decisions, actions and ability to reach her goals.

I've been a behavior therapist for over 10 years and I'm proud to share that I've empowered hundreds of women in their ability to reach their health goals. The work isn't in just learning the skills for consistency. It's about taking your power back by realizing - you're not the failure, the systems you've tried weren't build for your success.

My mission is to help women around the world take charge of their health by honoring their emotions, their choices, and what they want out of life. And then setting up your lifestyle to create that.
